The Health & Welfare Trust will host a Benefits Fair on Monday 9/29/08, 10 am to 4 pm, Campus Center Concourse.
At the fair, you can: enroll in all the plans, make an appointment with a local vision provider, & get your questions answered at informational tables with reps from GEO, GSS, UHS, Delta Dental & EyeMed Vision.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE
The deadline for priority enrollment is 10/8/08; those who turn in their forms by this date will have a guaranteed coverage start date of 11/1/08.
